New face for CDR as F3 Cup returns 

Chris Dittmann Racing welcomes French racer Baptiste Leonard to the team for the next rounds of F3 Cup, taking place at Snetterton on August 12-13. Leonard, who competes in VdeV in a Formula Renault, will contest rounds 12, 13 and 14 in the car of Peter Venn, who misses the weekend. CDR holds second in F3 Cup standings

Chris Dittmann Racing began the second half of the F3 Cup season with a consistent showing at Silverstone on the Grand Prix circuit for rounds 10 and 11. Entering the weekend in second place in the Teams’ standings, the trio of Peter Venn, Gino Ussi and Phillip Jeans ensured the Tewkesbury-based squad maintained its runners-up spot with just three events left of the season. Chris Dittmann Racing returns to Northamptonshire for the second of two back to back rounds of F3 Cup at Silverstone, marking the halfway mark of the 2017 season this weekend. Having endured an unfortunate weekend at Spa contesting a non-championship race, Cian Carey will be battling to return to the home of the British Grand Prix. Mixed fortunes at Spa-Francorchamps

Chris Dittmann Racing left the iconic Spa-Francorchamps with mixed feelings having joined an invitational grid of single seaters for the Summer Classic. Bad luck hit Cian Carey before qualifying, engine failure ended his weekend after practice. Team manager Chris Dittmann made his second on-track appearance of the season and again found success, securing a brace of second-place finishes ahead of a strong 30-car field. Having spent much of qualifying on provisional pole, he was bumped to second on the grid late on by just three-tenths. CDR set for continental F3 outing

Chris Dittmann Racing joins an international field this weekend with a one-off appearance in the Formula Summer race as part of the Spa Summer Classic at the famous Belgian circuit. CDR takes a quartet of drivers to join a grid comprising Austrian F3 Championship, Italian and a handful of the UK’s F3 Cup entrants. Regular F3 Cup drivers Cian Carey, Gino Ussi and Peter Venn will be joined on track by team manager Chris Dittmann for the two overseas races. Podiums rack up in F3 Cup

Chris Dittmann Racing claimed more podiums in F3 Cup as the team’s excellent start to the season continued on the Silverstone National circuit. With no Peter Venn, it was down to Cian Carey, Phillip Jeans and Gino Ussi to represent the Tewkesbury-based squad in rounds seven, eight and nine of 2017. Following two wins last time out at Snetterton, CDR returns to F3 Cup action for rounds seven, eight and nine at Silverstone this weekend looking to continue its race-winning momentum. Dominant double for CDR at Snetterton

Chris Dittmann Racing [CDR] secured its first wins of the season in F3 Cup as team owner Chris Dittmann claimed two victories from three Snetterton races. On a weekend of mixed conditions, 2012 champion Dittmann stepped in for the absent Phillip Jeans and began by claiming a front-row start in qualifying. Cian Carey lined up directly behind the second-placed Dittmann in fourth, with returnee Gino Ussi 10th and Peter Venn 13th. Chris Dittmann Racing returns to F3 Cup action at Snetterton on May 13-14, with a four-strong squad searching for more success. The team heads to Norfolk in good form and with two drivers in the championship top six. Chris Dittmann Racing signs Gino Ussi

Chris Dittmann Racing has expanded its F3 Cup squad with the signing of championship returnee Gino Ussi. The South African-born Italian last contested F3 Cup in 2012, when he finished third behind his new team boss Chris Dittmann. He will pilot a Mercedes-powered Dallara F312. His campaign will be in partnership with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (NMCF), raising awareness for the charity throughout the remaining rounds of this season.
