CDR gunning for success in Rockingham BRDC British F3 this weekend

Chris Dittmann Racing’s (CDR) BRDC British Formula 3 Championship campaign rolls on to Northamptonshire’s Rockingham Motor Speedway this weekend (29-30 April), with the team riding high following a promising season opener at Oulton Park on Easter Weekend. The Tewkesbury outfit will field two cars in three races at the high-speed circuit in Corby, which presents a number of unique challenge, not least of which is a super-fast, banked left-hander on the venue’s outer oval course. Records fall to CDR at Donington Park

Chris Dittmann Racing’s F3 Cup campaign opened with a new lap record and plenty of promise at Donington Park, despite missing out on the podiums the pace deserved. Three series newcomers comprise the team for the 2017 season, yet all three left Leicestershire with a strong haul of points and plenty of valuable experience. Irishman Cian Carey began the weekend quickest in practice, but was pipped to pole by just 0.04sec in qualifying. Gloucestershire’s Chris Dittmann Racing (CDR) got its 2017 BRDC British Formula 3 Championship campaign off to a strong start at Oulton Park on Easter weekend with a top-five result and consistent point-scoring form across three races. CDR’s first weekend of the year in Britain’s leading single-seater racing championship got off to a strong start in the opening qualifying session when team returnee Omar Ismail and Kenya’s Jeremy Wahome, who remains with the outfit for a second consecutive season, both qualified in the top-10. CDR ready for new F3 Cup campaign

Chris Dittmann Racing begins its F3 Cup season with high hopes, as Donington Park hosts this weekend’s opener (April 22-23). An all-new three-driver line-up heads to Leicestershire as the team looks to reclaim the championship title it won in 2015. The series races three times across the weekend, once on Saturday before two more contests on Sunday. Chris Dittmann Racing (CDR) will kick off its BRDC British Formula 3 Championship campaign at Oulton Park this weekend (15 and 17 April), with a three-race Easter programme at the Cheshire circuit. CDR’s three-pronged attack for the weekend comprises Kenya’s Jeremy Wahome, Frenchman Tristan Charpentier, and returning race-winner Omar Ismail. CDR signs Tristan Charpentier ahead of BRDC British F3 opening round

Gloucestershire motor racing team Chris Dittmann Racing (CDR) has added French driver Tristan Charpentier to its line-up for the opening round of the BRDC British Formula 3 Championship at Oulton Park this weekend (15-17 April). The 16-year-old joins CDR following a strong performance in the French Formula 4 Championship last year, where he finished fifth in the final standings in a race-winning campaign. His graduation to BRDC F3 for this weekend marks his debut in British single-seater racing, though he has previous experience of competing the country from the Ginetta Junior Championship.
