Chris Dittmann Racing had a solid weekend in the F4 British Championship (August 26/27), scoring an overall podium with Gustav Jonsson and claiming two Rookie Cup victories as well. Lining up with the Swedish racer and Jack Sherwood – at his local circuit of Donington Park – once again, both drivers had to contend with an added 30-minute delay before qualifying, as barrier repairs were needed after the prior BTCC session. Chris Dittmann Racing travelled north of the border at the weekend (August 11-13), as rounds 22, 23 and 24 of the F4 British Championship took place at Knockhill in Scotland. It was a strong weekend for the team, with a hat-trick of podium appearances despite tricky race conditions to show for its efforts. After a long six-week Summer break, Chris Dittmann Racing returned to GB3 Championship competition last weekend (July 29/30), as the series once again headed to Silverstone for rounds 13, 14 and 15 of the season. 20-year-old Zak Taylor demonstrated strong pace in free practice, finishing fifth quickest on the road during Friday’s sessions. Hoping to carry over the positive momentum, the cars took to the track for Qualifying on Saturday morning, with Zak continuing his good form as he classified seventh.
