British karting star Bart Harrison joins Chris Dittmann Racing for F4 British Championship campaign

Chris Dittmann Racing is excited to announce that British teenager Bart Harrison will be joining the team for the 2024 season, as he takes the step up from karting to compete in the F4 British Championship. The 16-year-old first caught the racing bug aged five after an outing to an indoor karting track, with racing quickly becoming an obsession for the youngster. Joining Fusion Motorsport in 2017, Bart continued to grow on track, gaining knowledge and speed which helped him ascend the ranks. 2023 season review: “We’ve taken a huge step forward as a team”

The 2023 season marked Chris Dittmann Racing’s sophomore year in the highly competitive F4 British Championship, fielding three cars with returnee Jack Sherwood, second-year driver Daniel Guinchard and rookie racer Gustav Jonsson. Also returning to the GB3 Championship grid to round out another busy dual campaign, the Tewksbury team ran two young drivers, Zak Taylor and Arthur Rogeon, while Jack also took part in one round. Chris Dittmann Racing wraps up 2023 GB3 Championship campaign at Donington Park

Chris Dittmann Racing travelled to Donington Park at the weekend (October 21/22), for the final round of the GB3 championship 2023 season, where a run of bad luck meant results were unrepresentative of the team’s potential. After Thursday’s testing, rain plagued the Leicestershire venue on Friday, causing free practice to be called off and meaning Arthur Rogeon would go straight into qualifying on Saturday morning. Chris Dittmann Racing enjoyed another visit to the GB3 Championship podium last weekend (October 13-15) as Arthur Rogeon took third place in the final race as the series made its debut at Circuit Zandvoort. Chris Dittmann Racing will field a three-car line up for the GB3 Championship’s visit to Circuit Zandvoort this weekend (October 13-15) as Jack Sherwood joins regulars Zak Taylor and Arthur Rogeon. Jack first joined the team towards the end of the 2022 season, taking part in the final rounds of the F4 British Championship and returned for a full campaign this year, with three overall podium finishes to his name. Chris Dittmann Racing added to its impressive history with its first title in the F4 British Championship in just its second season in the series, as Gustav Jonsson clinched the Rookie Cup on a memorable weekend (October 6-8) at Brands Hatch. With good performance during Friday’s practice sessions, both drivers felt confident heading into qualifying. Chris Dittmann Racing returned to GB3 Championship action last weekend (September 9/10) as the series headed to Brands Hatch to race on the GP layout. Zak Taylor enjoying three top ten finishes, whilst misfortune for Arthur Rogeon meant he was unable to finish two of the three races. Quick out the gate for qualifying, Zak rarely dropped out of the top ten quickest cars on track, ultimately finishing eighth when the session was red flagged. Chris Dittmann Racing had a solid weekend in the F4 British Championship (August 26/27), scoring an overall podium with Gustav Jonsson and claiming two Rookie Cup victories as well. Lining up with the Swedish racer and Jack Sherwood – at his local circuit of Donington Park – once again, both drivers had to contend with an added 30-minute delay before qualifying, as barrier repairs were needed after the prior BTCC session. Chris Dittmann Racing travelled north of the border at the weekend (August 11-13), as rounds 22, 23 and 24 of the F4 British Championship took place at Knockhill in Scotland. After a long six-week Summer break, Chris Dittmann Racing returned to GB3 Championship competition last weekend (July 29/30), as the series once again headed to Silverstone for rounds 13, 14 and 15 of the season. 20-year-old Zak Taylor demonstrated strong pace in free practice, finishing fifth quickest on the road during Friday’s sessions.
