Chris Dittmann Racing came away from the Wera Tools F4 British Championship certified by FIA weekend at Thruxton with a podium finish after Tommy Harfield continued to impress as the series visited the UK’s fastest circuit. The Hampshire venue provided another challenge for the drivers, having previously taken on the unique characteristics of the Zandvoort Grand Prix circuit last time out. The circuit’s high-speed nature and abrasive surface meant drivers had to balance outright pace with careful tyre management. Super-sub Alba Larsen claimed her first British F4 podium finish of the season at the weekend, taking third place at the Dutch Grand Prix venue of Zandvoort. Following her return to the team at Silverstone, the 17-year-old once again got behind the wheel of her Chris Dittmann Racing machine to gain valuable mileage ahead of her upcoming F1 Academy appearance at the circuit.
